1、 Product performance

Fracturing technology, as a commonly used technique for increasing production and injection in oil fields, has been widely applied. Hydraulic fracturing is the process of injecting high-energy liquid from the ground into the formation, causing fractures to occur after the formation is pressurized. Supporting agents are added to fill the fractures in order to improve their conductivity, increase reservoir permeability, and increase production. After the completion of fracturing construction, it is necessary to break the gel in a timely manner and return the fracturing fluid back to the flow. Incomplete backflow of gel breaking fluid can lead to a decrease in reservoir permeability, and incomplete gel breaking can result in residual blockage of the formation, causing damage to the reservoir. The use of drainage aids can effectively reduce the surface tension of liquids, lower the interfacial tension between liquids and oils, and play a role in reducing capillary forces, making it easier for the breaker fluid to flow back. Fluorinated surfactants, as special surfactants, have superior performance that cannot be compared to hydrocarbon surfactants, but their cost is too high. This product is a new type of Gemini non-ionic fluorocarbon surfactant developed by our company's technical personnel through dedicated research and development. It has good low surface and low boundary performance, high drainage efficiency, and low comprehensive application cost.

3、 Product features

1、Extremely low critical micelle concentration, low usage, and low overall cost;

2、Good heat resistance and stability. At 150 ℃ for 6 hours, the change in interfacial tension is less than 1.5mN/m;

3、Good compatibility with other additives in fracturing fluid, without turbidity, stratification, or precipitation; The impact rate on the viscosity of fracturing fluid is ≤ 25%;

4、The assisted ovulation rate is high, generally greater than 35%.

This product is mainly used as an oilfield oil displacement agent.
