一、performance

Wax based crude oil has the characteristics of high pour point, high viscosity, high wax content, and poor low-temperature flowability. This not only seriously increases the power and thermal energy consumption of pipeline crude oil, but also brings huge challenges to crude oil extraction, transportation, processing, and storage. This product is a new type of pour point depressant containing polar groups such as carboxyl and hydroxyl groups. Due to the presence of carboxyl groups, the dispersibility of the product is greatly improved, making it easier to prevent the growth of wax crystals. Hydroxyl groups greatly improve the compatibility between the agent and crude oil, greatly enhancing the shear resistance of the product. Therefore, this product changes the size and shape of wax crystals, disrupting the original wax crystal lattice to maintain the flow of waxy crude oil.
